N.Peal offers a straightforward returns process to ensure you are completely satisfied with your luxury cashmere purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to maintain the quality of the cashmere.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
